New York State's Implementation Model

New York State's Implementation Model shows that the policy context (i.e., financial policies, methods of reimbursement, state policies) influences the context of organizations in which treatment is delivered (i.e., culture, climate, and structure). The policy and organizational context of treatment, in turn, influences client engagement, clinical care improvement, and client empowerment. All of these factors together influence how evidence-based practices are implemented and the outcomes of children and families.
