Comprehensive Community Mental Health Services Program for
Children and Their Families
Pennsylvania
Starting Early Together (SET) Early Childhood System of Care Initiative
This project will transform the current fragmented method of delivering
treatment and support to young children to a system of care that reaches 100
children and their families with necessary services, care and support.
Services will be provided at the local community level and will be available in
a variety of venues including family day care homes, houses of worship, and
child care centers.

Beaver County System of Care: Optimizing Resources, Education and Supports (BC-SCORES)
This project will develop a comprehensive system of care for adolescents (14 to
21 years) involved with the juvenile justice system who have a co-occurring
mental health/substance abuse disorder.
