Project Ho'omohala (Transition to Adulthood)
The goal of this project is the development of a system of care to meet
transitional needs of youth 18-21 with emotional and/or behavioral challenges
in the Kalihi-Palama community. Families and youth will be active
partners in the governing structure and evaluation process.
